Trained to Generic Project Process (GPP): Airbus Project Management Methodology (a complete methodology to manage IS projects), to ITIL, to Negotiation Skills.
Manage 3 projects simultaneously and pilot 3 project leaders (SAP R3 & Web applications), 22 people closely involved, provide stakeholders with project status and outlook for success, and recommend project improvements on processes and technical architecture.
Achievements:
Improve (internal) client satisfaction by changing of supplier as there were major issues on the quality of deliverables and timing. Organize workshops with the client to review some needed functions not totally implemented before my arrival. Organize workshops with IT teams to fix technical issues on production platforms. Initialize and set-up support with Service Desk team. Improve Service Level with SLM team.
2002-2005: Project Manager SOPRA GROUP - Toulouse , France
For AIRBUS web portals application. Managed 25-man team internals and externals.
As Sopra’s employee, wrote proposals in response to RFP and win new contracts private business sectors. Managed multiple contracts and negotiate new teams for contract extension. Led in project and planning, budgeting, and requirement analysis. Documented functional and technical specifications. Worked with IT team in technical design and deployment.
