I have 6 years experience working in Operations for different companies such as PeopleSoft/Oracle; MSN/Microsoft and Dailymotion.
The positions I have hold gave me the opportunity to be responsible for different countries (France, Spain, Italy and the Middle East) and gain experience in the various aspects of the job ,that is project and people management, training, controlling, executive reporting, indirect sales team management. In addition I have had the chance at PeopleSoft and Microsoft to manage financial and CRM softwares at a high level.
At Dailymotion, I reinforced my project management skills and gained additional competencies driving international monetization deals and negotiating with business partners.
Today as Senior Product Marketing Manager, I am managing projects on a product development optic that still implies negotiation, indirect people management and being a key interface between services.
Altogether, those experiences have comforted me in my will to pursue my career in operations for my interest in process implementation, projects and people management, field readiness, problem solving with the aim directly or indirectly to driving revenue.
