My client's product is a very innovative technology. Their data management software is known for its superior performance and reliability; and that is
why 95% of Fortune 100 companies are using my client's product!
On my client's behalf I am looking for a Senior Storage software support
Analyst. You will be integral part of a group of highly motivated and
achievement oriented professionals with high degree of camaraderie and great
team work. In this role you will be supporting multiplatfrom enterprise
back up and restore solution across Europe. The analyst will examine and
report problems on hardware, software and complex operating systems (Unix,
Windows, Linux, Mac, NetWare/Open Enterprise). Problem resolution may
include gathering failure information, reproducing problems and working with
the development engineering team in US HQ on solving them.
A suitable candidate must have:
- International customer support experience;
- French language;
- Experience in the 3d level software support;
- Knowledge of storage technology: SAN, NAS, Tape Libraries;
- Experience with Unix, Windows, NetWare and clustering.
